Welcome to the web site of the NBNGA, the New Brunswick Natural Gas Association! We are pleased that you took time to find out who we are and why we exist. The natural gas industry is a growing business in New Brunswick. Many customers are now benefiting from the investment made to bring natural gas to their homes, businesses and communities.
The NBNGA is the unified voice of the stakeholders and pioneers of this new energy in New Brunswick. No, natural gas is not new, but it is new to many of us. Tradesman, sales consultants, utility workers, gas marketers and all associated industry service providers are members of our association. If you have a business that provides products or services to our industry, you should consider membership.
Natural gas is the energy of choice for heating and processing every where it has been made available. For those who have lived elsewhere in North America and used natural gas in the past, conversion to natural gas is an easy decision. Natural gas is clean, economical and dependable. No tanks to fill, no running out and natural gas is environmentally friendly compared to many other forms of energy.
The future of our industry depends on our members receiving the proper training to sell, install, service and manage. Our association is committed to providing a forum for training and networking. We encourage our members to leave their hats at the door and find common goals to pursue together.

About Us
Our mission is to establish a well recognized and respected Natural Gas association in New Brunswick that will provide a forum to assist in the healthy growth of the natural gas industry.
Our members will work together to a common goal, providing a strong voice from industry to government and key stakeholders in providing a safe natural gas environment for our employees and customers.
We will continue to grow our membership and share our experience and knowledge to allow us to provide value and service to the public.
We will always make decisions with the best interest of the industry as a whole as our top priority and will ensure our members comply with association’s code of conduct at all times.
Our Objectives are:
Be a contact point for industry, government and the utility for the Natural Gas Industry.
Provide information and training for members and their employees.
Ensure all members are kept current with industry standards.
Continue to grow our membership and be recognized as the industry association in New Brunswick for Natural Gas.
NEW NEWS:
The NBNGA is proud to announce that through extensive lobbying your Association has been able to work with NBCC Saint John to make the "G2 Gas Program" a "Regularized Program."
This means, that commencing in the Fall of 2009 enrolled students will now pay only $2600 for the program versus the $11,000 fee paid when this program was previously deemed a "Contract Course."
This is an achievement to be celebrated by all our Association Members as it will improve the quality and quantity of graduating students available for our member companies to hire.
The NBNGA would appreciate your companies feed back on this successful initiative. We would like to pass on our members comments to NBCC to display our industries excitement and gratitude in achieving this recognized status.
